I splurged out and purchased a pair of Stromberg 97 carburettors for our 1928 Model A Roadster. They look right at home on the Model A.
Adam also fabricated custom headers and a dual exhaust for the roadster. And I must say...they look very fancy. Since these photos were taken the exhaust system has been sand blasted and ceramic coated in a black satin finish in keeping with the roadsters 'industrial' styling.
So I am pleased to report that the old-timer now breaths in and out a whole lot better then when we got it. And the sound coming out of the dual exhaust is fantastic.
Driving the roadster is exhilarating...a true 'wind in your hair' experience.
