Trent, our new metal fabrication apprentice, has spent a lot of time assisting Roland of late. Roland has been teaching Trent some of the essential classic car restorations skill like carrying out rust repairs and how to install and gap panels (gapping panels is much harder than it sounds).
Today Trent helped Roland assemble the front end of our 1976 HJ Sandman tribute. I did notice, however, he seemed to get a little bored after opening and closing the bonnet a hundred times for Roland as he made countless minor adjustments (it is somewhat of an understatement to say Roland is a perfectionist).
Chin up Trent, your skills are developing nicely and it won't be long until you will be tackling these tasks yourself.
