The 1982 Corvette represents the last year of the C3 body style that was introduced in 1968 and the first fuel injected Corvette in 20 years. Unfortunately, the early versions of the Crossfire injection system often proved unreliable and difficult to maintain. Luckily the solution to this problem could not be easier - we just removed the troublesome injection system when the engine was rebuilt. Bingo! Not only is the injection problem solved, the performance upgrades and drivability of the normally aspirated engine are significant.
This particular car also has an upgraded trim package including a wood-trimmed dash and console and sports seats. The removable glass targa top lets you experience that 'wind-in-the-hair' driving experience. Combine this with creature comforts like power steering, power brakes, electric windows and a telescopic/tilt steering wheel, this is a very tidy and feature-packed car.
